PRINTING TYPE
1. DTG Print (Direct to Garment)
Do you want to print designs consisting of tangible pictures, geometric shapes, or symbols? Then the DTG printing
process is the best method for printing solid designs without small changes.
Direct-to-garment or DTG printing process uses stencils to print the ink that sits on top of the fabric without
getting absorbed. This allows the printing machinery to replicate solid designs on the garment but struggles with
minute detailing.
DTG printing takes more time than DTF printing but can be beneficial for bulk garment manufacturing orders.
2. DTF Print (Direct to Film)
Direct-to-film or DTF is a printing method that transfers ink on the t-shirt fabric with the help of a heating agent.
The Dtf printing process allows us to print designs on different fabrics, including silk, cotton, polyester, and more.
In addition to the comfort, Dtf printing can be carried out in one or multiple color combinations by heating the
additive inks.
This process is comparatively quicker than the DTG and other printing methods and delivers comprehensive
results.
We at PNC use the latest printing technology and machinery to create stunning garment designs for our customers
3. Puff
The puff or Rubber Printing method is commonly used by PNC Garments for our customers, depending on the product requirement.
Puff/foam ink is a unique printing preservative that adds a slight puff to the design once the heat is applied to the ink.
This printing form is identical to the high-density printing method; the only difference is the softness that the puff ink creates on the t-shirt design.
The puff-printed garments not only give a professional look to the garment but are also washable and very effortless to maintain.
4. High-Density Printing
High-density or HD printing is a less-used form of t-shirt printing in the garment manufacturing industry.
High-density printing process is a method where we use a thick layer of ink solvent to create a higher design pattern on the fabric.
The thick layer gives the design a bold and sharp look while improving the quality of the t-shirt print. We produce stunning t-shirts for our customers desiring highlighted design prints through High-density printing process.
5. Screen Printing
Screen printing, or silk screening, utilizes stencils on a mesh screen to transfer ink onto various materials.
The process involves blocking off areas on the screen to create the desired design, through which ink is pushed using a squeegee.
It’s renowned for its ability to produce vibrant and long-lasting prints on surfaces like apparel, signage, and promotional items. With options ranging from water-based to specialty inks, screen printing offers versatility in finishes and customization.
Though setup costs can be higher, it becomes cost-effective for bulk orders due to its efficiency in large production runs.
Advanced techniques like halftones and color blending further enhance the visual appeal, making screen printing a go-to method for businesses requiring durable and high-quality prints.
